dreamrip - software to rip GD-ROM discs: Dreamcast executable, TeraTerm script, support tools and Serial Slave image
flashreset - completely erases internal DC flash memory. Play PSO, fix browser snafus, play Vanishing Point, etc.
ForceASPI_1_8 - *the* ultimate ASPI layer installer for ALL Windows OSes! Includes web site saved as HTML documentation
gdk - hacking tools for removing standard LBA protections from GD-ROM image rips
mexboot - repack of Echelon's audio/data selfboot toolkit. Best used in combination with CDRWin39F

* applyppf - to apply .ppf patches to .cdi images
* bin2boot_cdda - Xeal's latest (beta) release of bin2boot with CDDA support (via .cue files)
bjr-imginfo - cool utility to examine IP.BIN from within a CD image file
* cdi2nero - DeXT's essential tool to make burning .cdi images in Nero possible. Version 0.9.9 of course
* cdirip - splits a .cdi image up into its audio and data tracks and saves them separately
CDmage - latest beta, useful to examine all kinds of image files and scan raw images for ECC errors
IPBIN4WIN - EXCELLENT, comprehensive IP.BIN viewer/editor. Essential tool
* isofix - to be used in combination with cdirip, makes .iso tracks with an LBA offset other than 0 readable
* newfile - creates dummy files of any size instantly
satconv-windows - Image region code patcher for Sega Saturn games. Works best on Mode1/2048 .iso but opens .bin, too
* scramble - Used to scramble or unscramble homebrew 1ST_READ.BINs. ** Not for commercial games!! **
SegaCueMaker - Creates .cue files for Sega Saturn ISO/MP3 or ISO/WAV file sets
TSBinComp - Simple tool to compare two binary files and see if they match. Visual Basic = slow, but useful
WinSFV32 - Verifies file CRCs through an .sfv file or creates .sfv files
CDmage.ini - Preconfigured generic settings for CDmage
