MEDiAMANiACS have released an interesting film called Rabbit Fever. This film is a Mockumentary meaning that it is presented as fact in the familiar documentary style but is in fact fictional. In most cases this genre of film making is used for comedic purposes as it is with this movie. Rabbit Fever’s ‘plot’ follows a few women’s journeys as they try and break the habit of using ‘The Rabbit’ a well known sex toy. Being a British film it’s humour isn’t going to appeal to all but from the trailer it looks pretty good and has a few faces English audiences would recognise. From reading a few reviews and peoples comments it seems to be one of those movies you either love or you hate with some saying that it feels like a STV film and others saying its’ a fresh, vibrant, colourful, unconventional & fast-paced film’. I just think that you don’t get to see films like this everyday and it has an (very) original storyline so give it a go if you have the bandwidth and time to spare. The release itself is great with DVDRip image quality and MP3 sound! No subs though…
